SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping methods applied to your orders
Https://www.caraci.it is an online shop selling typical Sicilian products based on pistachio. The traditional Sicilian food is produced and packaged in Sicily.
Caraci has a very large and constantly updated catalog of products that can be purchased online and shipped all over the world via the main shipping couriers.
The ordered products are sent to their destination within 3 – 9 days from receipt of payment.
ARE SHIPPING COSTS FREE?
Caraci.it requires a minimum order to be able to receive typical Sicilian products without shipping costs to be paid by the buyer. Here are the rates:
In Italy for orders of at least € 59.90.
For orders of less than € 59.90 the shipping price in Italy will be € 9.90
It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. We recommend that you group your items in one order.
The boxes are adequately sized and your items are well protected.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage.
Upon request, we will provide you with a link to track your parcel online.
POSSIBILITY OF RETURNS
Return for damage:
If the product you purchased is damaged you can return it within 14 days from the date of receipt.
If, upon delivery, you notice any damage to the package, please sign the shipping receipt to the courier ‘subject to inspection’.
Later, if you verify the actual presence of damage, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the description of the problem that occurred and the photographic testimony of the same, in order to be able to open the practice of return or replacement of the / s Product / s.
Before proceeding with the return or replacement of the product, you will be sent the confirmation of the Return Authorization and the procedure.
Once we have received the confirmation of the Return Authorization, it will be our responsibility to proceed with the shipment of the product (s) in replacement or refund of the corresponding total. The costs for shipping the replacement product (s) will be charged to the customer.
Return for afterthought:
If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you can return it within 14 days from the date of receipt.
In order to return the product it is necessary to contact customer service at this email address email@example.com communicating your rethinking and your order number.
Before proceeding with the return of the product, you will be sent the Return Authorization confirmation and how to proceed.
Once we have received our Return Authorization confirmation, it will be possible to proceed with the return of the products.
You can then choose the method and courier with which to proceed with the return and send us the product (s) at Via Messina 215, 95034 Bronte (CT).
NB: The costs for this return shipment will be at your expense.
Following our confirmation of the conformity of the returned product (the returned product must still be closed and sealed in its original packaging), the value of the purchased product will be returned, net of shipping costs and any management costs.
If the product is found to be damaged, you will not be entitled to a refund of the money.
The new product will be shipped as soon as we have received the original one and we have verified its suitability.
– How much will I be reimbursed? The value of the returned product, net of shipping costs and any management costs. The administrative costs of reimbursement are borne by us.
– How will my money be returned? The refund is made directly to the credit card used for the order. If the order was placed with the bank transfer payment method, you will need to provide current account details for the refund. The shop operates from the European Union and all transactions, including in foreign currencies, are converted into Euros following payment. For payments in currencies other than the Euro, Caraci SRLs still returns the amount in Euro.
Attention: the currency amount must be calculated on the exchange ratio on the day the refund is made. Any exchange risks are therefore your responsibility.
– When will the refund be made? The refund will be processed as soon as the returned product arrives at our warehouses.
Attention: if the payment is made by credit card, the refunds may take a few days to be visible on your statement.
