Busiate with Pistachio
Artisan pasta with Pistachio and durum wheat semolina, the Busiate is a type of pasta well known and appreciated in Sicily.
The Pistachio Busiate are presented with bronze drawing, which creates small abrasions on the surface of the pasta that allow to better retain the aromas, flavors, sauces and condiments.
Particular is the working method of the Busiata.
The pasta, in fact, is dried slowly in a natural way and at a low temperature, precisely to preserve its organoleptic characteristics and nutritional properties.
